What is a Market Order for Options?

A market order is an order that is executed at the current market price. Market orders are mainly used for immediate transactions, but the transaction price is not guaranteed. The executed price may deviate greatly from the price when the order was placed and investors should exercise caution when placing market orders.

Options are complex, high risk products and are not appropriate for all investors. You may lose all of your invested capital.
