How do I opt-in or out of Auto Conversion Mode?

New Clients:

When opening a new account, you can choose whether to enable Auto Conversion Mode or Manual Conversion Mode. By default Auto Conversion Mode will be selected.

Existing Clients:

If you have opened an account and want to change to Manual Conversion Mode, navigate to "FX Conversion Mode" via the Account Details Widget in the desktop app, or Manage Brokerage Account via Settings in the mobile app, and change to Manual Conversion Mode.

Changing from Manual Conversion Mode to Auto Conversion Mode:

Please note that if you have non-GBP currency on your account when you switch to Auto Conversion Mode these will be exchanged to GBP.

If you have large orders pending then you will not be able to change your conversion mode until these transactions have been completed.
