Where can I see the currency exchange rates?

If you have opted into Auto Conversion mode, the relevant rate will be shown prior to placing a trade.

If you have opted for Manual Conversion mode, the rate will be displayed when converting currency. As a reminder, this is initiated via 'Currency Exchange' in the Transfers tab on the mobile app.

Please note that this feature will not be available when in Auto Conversion mode.

Whether you have Auto Conversion or Manual Conversion Mode enabled, your previous exchanges and rates can be found in Transfer History on the mobile app or in the Banking widget on the desktop app.

These will also be included in your monthly account statements, including details as to whether an Auto Conversion currency exchange is attached to an order, resulting from switching modes, or auto exchange at the start of day.

Please note that your currency exchange transactions will not be included in trade confirmation statements.
