Jiayin Group Announces Purchase Of Commercial Property Located In Shanghai, China For Total Cash Consideration Of ~RMB1.35 Billion

Jiayin Group Inc. ("Jiayin" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:JFIN), a leading fintech platform in China, today announced that it entered into a definitive agreement on December 17, 2024 to purchase certain commercial property located in Shanghai, China (the "Commercial Property") of approximately 43,500 square meters for total cash consideration of approximately RMB1.35 billion. The completion of the purchase is subject to customary closing conditions. The Commercial Property will primarily be used as the Company's new headquarters to meet the demand arising from the continuing growth of the Company's businesses.
