NewMarket Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend From $2.50 To $2.75 Per Share

The Board of Directors of NewMarket Corporation (NYSE:NEU) declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $2.75 per share on the common stock of the Corporation, an increase of $0.25, or 10%, as compared to the last quarterly dividend of $2.50 per share. The dividend is payable April 1, 2025, to NewMarket shareholders of record at the close of business on March 17, 2025.
