SpartanNash Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend From $0.2175 To $0.22 Per Share

Food solutions company SpartanNash (the "Company") (NASDAQ:SPTN) announced that its Board of Directors today approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share, representing a 1.1% increase from its fiscal 2024 quarterly cash dividend of $0.2175. The dividend will be paid on April 2, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 21, 2025. As of March 10, 2025, there were 33,689,005 common shares outstanding.
