** Citizens JMP Securities reiterates its "market perform" rating and raises PT to $8 from $7, a 51.8% upside to stock's last close

** Brokerage says SuRo's portfolio is well positioned for appreciation in 2025 following robust deployment activity last year

** CoreWeave, one of the hottest AI startups in the U.S. and the single largest initial investment in SuRo's history, filed for a New York IPO earlier this month

** SuRo's stock down 5.5% YTD
