Absci Posts Downbeat Results, Joins HealthEquity, Tonix Pharmaceuticals And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 0.2% on Wednesday.

Shares of Absci Corporation (NASDAQ:ABSI) fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results.

Absci reported quarterly losses of 25 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of 23 cents per share. This is unchanged from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $665.000 thousand which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.778 million.

Absci shares dipped 9.4% to $2.79 in the pre-market trading session.
